How To Stand up To Bullies: Care Awards - Silver

This is my DLO about How To Stand Up To Bullies. This is one of the activities that had to be done in the Care Awards Booklet. This shows a bit of information about how you can standing up to bullies. If something happens like this go to someone in your family that is older then you. Don't be afraid to stand up to bullies just be proud.

Plasticine Making (3D Art)

This is a picture of me showing that I am trying to create something out of plasticine. There is all sorts of things you can create with plasticine. I have learnt that leaving it on its own for a while is that it will turn hard. I was trying to make a FBI badge, I tried my best to make it and it ended up like this.

E-Ako Maths

There are pictures here that show hoe much tens and how much ones. These are based on place values. I have learnt that 4 tens are the same as 4 ones.

This is my DLO I did with my partner Tiare. We had to do a DLO based on the Bus Strike. As you can see there are messages written based on the characters in the article such as the Police and also the Bus Driver. I was working hard on this DLO representing the 2 different views from 2 sides.

Current Events

This is DLO that I have created with my group Evelyn and Mishaan. Today we were learning about Bus Strike in the Auckland City, we were also learning everything we learnt from the videos about the Bus Strikes in Auckland. Our learning intention is to identify the 5w's of a Current Event. We had to think about the 2 point of views clearly so that it was a correct statement.

3D Printing (Graphics)

This is my DLO about my Personal Passion based on Respect on the care awards. As you can see, I love playing sports especially rugby and netball. This is all about me saying what I love and what I do mostly. This is one of my activities I need to do to get it marked on my Care Awards.

Tech

Today at tech we used plastic plado to try and make our design look 3D. As you can see I have done a heart with a text saying Love. We had to make our sides neat an tidy to make it stand out. This is my design in 3D.
