Orienteering

Today the year 8's have been doing orienteering with Leon and Elaina. In orienteering, we have learnt lots about what the rules are, we have learnt that sometimes you have to go in order with the map. Me and my partner Ana has been working collaboratively to get all letters clipped by reading the map, which was pointing towards North. Me and Ana's time was 18:10. It was really hard running from one place to another but I give orienteering a 8/10.

Orienteering

This is a photo that Mrs Anderson took while the year 8's were focusing on getting all letters clipped from on the paper. We were doing orienteering and we had to find letters that were showing from on the map, but the thing is that we had to make sure we do the letters in order. You have to make sure that your facing the map the right way which is pointing towards North. You also have to remember to get all letters clipped to move on to another course.
